All goods are print-on-demand and made to order. Returns only accepted due to manufacturing faults.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Made-to-Order Products
Every item sold by OneFour5 is custom-made to order specifically for you. Because these products are personalized and manufactured on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or provide an incorrect delivery address.
2. Faulty or Damaged Items
We want you to love your purchase. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if your goods are faulty or not as described.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing fault (e.g., printing errors, structural damage, or the wrong item sent), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To start a claim:

Attach clear photos of the fault or damage.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Cancellations
As our products are sent to production shortly after an order is placed, we can only accept cancellations within [e.g., 2 hours] of the order being made. After this window, the manufacturing process has begun and the order cannot be cancelled.
